Mubarak Mohammed who is popularly known as DJ Krouch has pledged his support for the Northern based Dancehall Artiste and has called on others to joined him make Dancehall Artiste down here stars.
The young hardworking presenter revealed this on the 17th of August, 2020, on his program dubbed Brunch Time On Tawasul Radio.
According to DJ Krouch, it’s sad observing the Dancehall fraternity he referred to as a dying off Industry.
“Just a hand full of people like Nachimba, Lil Black, Ruff Guy etc are willing to be dancehall musicians here , due to low promotions and patronage” he said.
Speaking to HYPE MEDIA GH via phone call about his mission and vision to revamp the dancehall music here . Dj Krouch said “I spoke to Nachimba , one of the well doing duo who happened to be the masters of dancehall music in the Northern Ghana, as to why they have been dormant in releasing their songs, and what they said is, they have a whole lots of tracks which are of international standard but due to luck of support to dancehall music that’s why they laid low”
He also added in view of what Nachimba said that, He is pledging his full support to see the dancehall fraternity rise up higher. He concluded by adding that, “I’m also urging my colleague presenters like Mr Tell, Dj Parara, Dj Zola , Dj Bat etc to device ways and means for us to help push the dancehall to the National market”.
