Renowned Northern Ghanaian vocalist and celebrated star, Don Sigli, has officially announced the completion of his Master’s degree (MPhil)—a milestone he describes as one of the most stretching and transformative journeys of his life.

After taking a deliberate break from active music to focus fully on his postgraduate studies, Don Sigli shared the emotional news with fans, expressing deep gratitude for the strength and clarity that carried him through.
According to him, the academic journey was intense, humbling, and filled with lessons that shaped him both personally and professionally.
He credits God’s grace for seeing him through late-night study sessions, challenging moments, and the many demands that come with balancing life and higher education.
“This season has stretched me, grounded me, and taught me so much. I just want to thank God for strength, clarity, and grace every step of the way,” he expressed.
With this academic chapter successfully closed, the “Kuno” hitmaker is now setting his sights back on the music scene—where his absence has been deeply felt. He revealed that he is ready to “dust off the studio” and return with renewed energy, deeper creativity, and fresh musical experiences for his loyal fanbase.

“New music, new energy, and new creativity loading,” he assured, thanking supporters for their patience throughout his period of silence.
Don Sigli also highlighted the demanding nature of postgraduate education, humorously adding:
“MPhil is not for the weak… if you know, you know.”
His announcement has sparked excitement across the Northern entertainment industry, with fans and colleagues celebrating both his academic accomplishment and his upcoming musical comeback.
As he proudly declared, “ALHAMDULILLAH.”
