Ghanaian Singer and songwriter, Sista Afia has said some northern based Ghanaian musicians she tried to bill on her Queen Solomon concert Tamale edition never gave him the audience.
According to her, that constituted the reason she had low turnout for the program.
As monitored by hypemediagh.com, the ‘asouden’ hit maker revealed in an interview on 3Music music that, herself and the team were ready to pay the money requested by Fancy Gadam to be able to bill him but he tuned down her calls and messages no.
“We did everything possible. I mean, we did the prom, and we met the Chiefs. We did everything you are supposed to do when it comes to Tamale.
“We contacted Fancy. I contacted both of them. Then he (Fancy) gave me an amount that I have to pay, and we bargained. And the minute I was about to pay, he wasn’t answering my text.”
The Queen Solomon concert in Tamale featured Medikal, Kwame Yogot, Mr Drew, Sefa, Lasmid, Ataaka, Wiz Child, Fadlan, LilWin, and other top musicians.
