I’m Talented than Bitter Flesh Of Kaya….. Maccasio
Sherif Abdul Majeed popularly known as Maccasio is one of the good rappers and the most popular rapper ever to come from the northern part of Ghana. Maccasio has in one way or the other paved the way for rap music for his colleagues in the north. Rap Music in Northern Ghana was not lucrative until the self claimed rappers Jack existence, many people from the north were just doing but Maccasio came and made it known to his peers that one can get something out of rap music, he has being to so many places and had a lot of big mentions across the globe.
In some few weeks back, one of the Veteran musician from a very good ancient music group called Kaya(Bitter Flesh Kaya) made a statement about Fancy Gadam and Maccasio which didn’t go well with Maccasio.
Bitter Flesh was one of those who helped in the introduction of Hiplife music in the Norther Part of Ghana. They had numerous hits as a group and was very popular as at then and one can not count talented musicians or musicians who were doing well as at then without mentioning Kaya.
The surprised thing is that, Maccasio on an interview with DJ Mise on Radio Amana was asked about his sentiment on what Bitter Flesh thinks about him and his rival Fancy Gadam, when he asked to know what Bitter Flesh said about them he was told that Bitter Flesh said that, ” If indeed they are going to rate or put in a form of chart the most talented Musicians or top 20 talented musicians from the North without considering anything else but talent, that Maccasio and Fancy Gadam wouldn’t make it to the top 20 talented musicians in the North ”
All Maccasio got to say was that, “I’m Talented than B Flesh, and my song with Stone B had hit than the rest of his entire career tracks “
