Renowned Veteran and Legendary, Ahmed Adam who is popularly known as Mr Razak has revealed that he quit music because he doesn’t know the strategy and means to make money from it in this modern era.
Ahmed Adam who holds the record of the highest CD sales ever in the northern music industry in the early stages of music in Northern Ghana has revealed in a recent interview with Bitter Flesh on Might Fm 90.5Mhz on Sunday, 12th of July, 2020 that, music in this 21st century has become so difficult that talent and quality of one’s music doesn’t guarantee sales but only followership does.
The Versatile Veteran added that he ended his career because he sees no way or strategy he can follow to make money any more from the business.
When given suggestions like YouTube, Mr Razak said the pays on those platforms sometimes get him pissed off and temps him to punch the owner of YouTube face {Jokingly}.
