Leadership of Northern actors guild has issued an appeal for fund to support their president, Abdulai Abdul-Jelil who has been battling kidney failure and have been on dialysis with his survival only on transplanting with is estimated to cost 4500 dollars.
The statement explained, Mr. Abdulai Abdul-Jelil as an actor dedicated his life to the promotion of art and culture in northern Ghana and has been very instrumental in the development and training of young talents.
They therefore called on all well meaning individuals and organizations to help donate to the rescue of their president.
