Ghanaian rap star Okyeame Kwame has been awarded the “Best Hiplife song of the year” at this year’s Ghana music awards.
The “Jesus” hitmaker who is known for his soothing and hardcore raps beat stiff competition with northern base music giant, Fancy Gadam and bagged his spot as the best Hiplife song of the years at the ongoing Vodafone Ghana Music Awards held at the Grand Arena, Accra International Conference Centre.
Kidi, Sarkodie, Stonebwoy and several others also went home with plaques.
