Malik Issah, one of the pioneer of hip life in Northern Ghana has stated that an artist who fails to reply a battle song directed to him/her is simply lyrically not strong.
They have been several of controversial and battle songs released recently by various artiste to their colleague artiste in the Northern Music Industry without replies.
Fan base have listened to songs from Ataaka to Maccasio, Shaban to Ataaka, Gonga to Maccasio, Walugu Lana to Gonga and Shaban to Gonga all without replies and have waited for long and yet none seems to be ready to reply the other.
The Vetran rapper took to his Facebook wall @Malik Issah to make a proverb in his native Dagbani language that, it’s only he who has no energy to fight back, who laughs at the insult of his own father.
