MC Mataaya, a professional teacher and a youth activist has shared his view on the recent robbery and “We Miss Mush Superior” campaigns on social media. His view reads below,
“The security issue in tamale has compelled a lot of people to compare the current mayor to the just past one. It’s funny how we’ve suddenly seen how effective and hardworking Musah superior was.
Superior initiated the “Tamale project” it included development in Roads , electricity , Human Resources Etc.
The sudden miss of superior is Funny but you know what’s more funny. Just last week I heard a particular talkative presenter on radio saying that ,the current mayor is better then Superior, well let’s not stress on this guy for it’s obvious he’s doing it for Kom.
Superior did all what he could to move the metropolis forward but never had the support of his party and a majority of the people of Tamale.
The current mayor is asleep and probably still recovering from
Tiredness of their resent internal party election. Kindly whisper to him that I am not sure his loved one’s are going to miss him when he leaves Office.
Mr current mayor doesn’t want to be seen making the party unpopular , so taking hard core decisions has become a big challenge. Not until he strikes a good balance between what’s good for his party and our City , things won’t change. Our city must come first anyway.
Superior was seen as a hard guy , wow Tamale has affirmed that they finally need a Hard mayor. I miss Hon Musah Superior.”
