A Ghanaian journalist, Manasseh Azure Awuni, has made a sarcastic comment about the match that will be played between Ghana and Nigeria. The two West African countries will be meeting in a very crucial World Cup qualifier match and, according to the journalist, the Black Stars of Ghana should do whatever is in their power to win, or else doom will happen.
According to him, the Akufo-Addo government will take the opportunity to blame them for Ghana’s economic woes if they dare lose the match. He made this post on his verified social media handle on the popular social media platform, Facebook, and it reads, “If the Black Stars don’t win against Nigeria, Akufo-Addo’s government will blame them for Ghana’s economic crisis.”
