Renowned Upper East-based radio presenter DJ Smart has officially resigned from Maxx Empire FM 96.9 and is now the newest voice on BlueWaves Radio 93.7 FM, located in Bolgatanga, the regional capital.

In his resignation letter dated March 20, 2025, DJ Smart expressed gratitude to the management of Maxx Empire FM for the opportunities and experiences he gained. However, he cited his decision to move on to new opportunities, confident in his skills and experience to succeed in other ventures.
