Afa Staph, a renowned media practitioner and an event MC, has suggested to the Northern Drama & Filmmakers Association (Nordrafim) to give up on getting a forever cure to the sick former president, Mr. Jalil Abdulai after efforts to get an amount of GH¢600,000 failed.
Mr. Jalil Abdulai has been on the fight for Kidney failure for about six months now, hoping on raising the six billion old currency to change his kidney.
After several appealed for funds could only raised GH¢300,000+, the executives of Nordrafim headed by Alhaji Ahmed Adam opted to host a “Saving Lives Concert” to raise the remaining amount for his treatment.
After the concert on last Saturday, July 1st, the organizers could only get GH¢100,000+, remaining GH¢200,000+ to hit their target.
In a facebook post chanced by hypemediagh.com, Afa Staph sent his humble opinion to the Executives to give up on getting him a cure, but rather give out the money generated to the family of Mr. Jalil, for constant dialysis.
According to him, he has been of witnessed to so many people suffering from the same disease, who are living a normal and an active life due to a constant dialysis.
Afa Staph further added that, with this decision, he believes the patient will live a normal life and enjoy a longer remaining years of his life without panic. Read his post from the screenshot below.
