Atule Joseph Atanga popularly known as Gh Blinks has been given another well-deserved recognition as far as blogging is concerned.
Gh Blinks received a citation of honor from the organizers of the Upper East Music Awards at the final event of the awards scheme’s 4th edition for his key role in the industry and for contributing his quota to the growth and development of the entertainment industry and society in general.
HMB-UEMA is initiated to celebrate upper east musicians and industry personalities and also to boost their careers and exposure. HMB-UEMA is a great opportunity to showcase and increase market share, HMB-UEMA takes place in December every year.
This year’s event, which happened to be the 4th edition was held on December 30, 2022, at the Gnat Hall in the Upper East Regional capital, Bolgatanga.
In attendance were notable personalities and public figures in the likes of Dr. Emmanuel Bortey Berkeley, the President and founder of Charger Limited who are the producers of Happy Man Beverages and the headline sponsor for the awards scheme, TV3 Ghana Most Beautiful 2020 winner Naa Dede Botchwey among others.
According to the citation, the past and present works of the young enthusiastic blogger have been a source of inspiration to many youths, hence, contributing heavily to the development of the Creative Art industry, more especially the entertainment aspect.
The citation reads; “Citation In Honour Of ATULE JOSEPH ATANGA For your tremendous contribution to the development of the Creative Art Industry, more especially, the entertainment sphere we acknowledge your timeless efforts on this special day.
May God Bless You Abundantly.”
In a post acknowledging receipt of the citation, Gh Blinks was thankful to the organizers of the scheme, the sponsors, and individuals who have been part of his grow and indicated that, the honor is an encouragement for me to keep pushing harder in his chosen field.
Gh Blinks is a young passionate blogger, promoter, and writer who has a track record of relentless hard work, unflinching enthusiasm, incessant kindness, etc.
He emerged as the winner of the “Blogger Of The Year” category in the 2020 edition of the awards scheme. With his kind courtesy of him, his website www.OneMuzikGh.Com received a citation last year, 2021 from the same HMB-UEMA.
Still pursuing his Degree program in English and Ghanaian language at the Tamale College of Education, he also won “Blogger/Writer Of The Year” at the 2021 Northern Ghana Tertiary Students Awards. He received another citation from My Art Gallery Exhibition last year for contributing to the success of the art festival. Also, he was given a certificate by Avance Media at the 2021 Ghana Bloggers Summit
Within three (3) years in the blogosphere in specific and the entertainment ecosystem as a whole, he has carved a niche for himself as one of the creative entertainment writers from the Northern part of the country and the most awarded blogger from the East.
Gh Blinks who has gathered a few awards, citations, and certs to his credit is an inspiration to many aspiring bloggers considering the milestone he has chalked within his few years of being active in the industry. He has groomed a few creative writers and bloggers who have also started making strides for themselves.
