Napaga Kazia revealed, “The chief fire officer for Yendi branch made request to my son, Alhaji Somed to plead on his behalf to me to me that, the service lacks much equipments and facilities enabling them to deliver service poorly. Thus I should see into the matter to help smoothen the work of fire service in the municipality.”
“I took it as a privilage to get them new offices, rehabilitate their old building, also build them toilet and wash rooms.” the King wife stated.
Stressing worm appreciation to the husband, Naa Gbewaa, Yaa-Naa Abubakari II for giving her the needed support for not, she could not have done that solely.
Prior to her submission, “My visit to the place after the son request, I also realised most workers were under trees whereas others were at nearby drinking spot verandahs due to lack of accommodation. Upon discussing with my adopted mother, she promised to help her get the fire station a befitting squatters where service personnels can relax waiting in case duty calls.
The Queen also pledge to sympathize the station by providing them with poly tank water storage in advance.
In that closing remarks the northern reginal Assistant Chief Fire Officer on behalf of his boss give appreciations to the queen for the great work done. Stating with her type we can drastically reduce fire outbreaks.
