The Super Star Concert, under the stewardship of award-winning afrobeats artiste Ahmed Mohammed Basir, known in the showbiz arena as “Wiz Child,” will witness the performance of an ambitious music group from the upper east region, Rockcity.
The program is slated to take place at the Aliu Mahama sports stadium in Tamale on March 12th, 2022. Rockcity, in a post, disclosed that fans who will attend the 1st edition of the Super Star concert must prepare because they are going to witness massive performances from them. “We will be holding it down for WizChild at the Tamale sports stadium, so all Rockcitizens around Tamale should link up there,” their post encouraged. Wiz Child believes the superstar concert will bring together music lovers within northern Ghana and beyond to witness a night of great talents.
“We all know that I have contributed my quota to this industry, so this superstar concert will bring those home and outside together to jam to good music and also enjoy themselves to the max.” In an interview on Hype TV, he concluded, “Let me use this opportunity to call on all my fans and music lovers to expect the best from me and all the artists billed for the night.”
