The organizers of the North East Entertainment & Creative Arts Awards held the grand finale of the maiden edition of the scheme on Saturday, the 29th of April, 2023 at the Walewale Municipal Assembly hall in the late hours of the day from 8pm to 3am the next day.
After several weeks of a competitive public voting and board voting, Team Pounds were finally announced winners of this competitive category. This makes it their first award in just few months of their establishment.
