The Executive Director of Ghana Youth Guide, Mr Prince Chentiwuni has blamed the spread of the corona virus in Northern Ghana on the security forces and the northern regional police directives for sitting aloof and unconcern allowing rules and directives given by the government to prevent the virus broken.

The President of the republic, His Excellency Nana Addo Danquah Akuffo Addo has in Sunday the 31sr of January, 2021 put ban on public gatherings including clubbing, concerts and also enforced the compulsory wear of nose mask and all the covid-19 protocols by all citizens.
According to Mr Prince Chentiwuni, he has witnessed the security personnels in places like Accra and Kumasi enforced these laws on the citizens where as in the Northern Ghana the story is different. The Director said that he has personally ride into so many places in the city of Tamale and saw citizens still hanging around with each other like normal times.
He added that the only place the police service in the north are enforcing these is when one is passing by their offices, but once the person passed, he/she can engage with over the maximum 25 people given without nose mask and no security person will be aware.

Mr Prince Chenti called on the security personnels to storm town, the market places, taxi ranks and bus stops just to make sure that indiscipline citizens who are not obeying the protocols given by the Government are arrested to be serve as examples to colleagues. He also entreat that they visit clubs and chop bars because most of these venus still operates in the region without a single protocol.  Mr Prince Chentiwuni said these on the All Inclusive Show on Radio Amana 96.3Mhz with Is Hassan on Wednesday 3rd February, 2021.
