Fancy Gadam, a multiple national award winner, has blamed his dormance in the Ghanaian music industry on his cancelled concert with Patoranking that was supposed to come on the 7th of September, 2018. After winning the VGMA most popular song of the year and hip life song of the year in 2018, Fancy Gadam featured Patoranking on a very beautiful song, “Customer”, and shot an expensive world-class video for it. It hit the Ghanaian industry by storm and many predicted Fancy Gadam would take up the industry.
It was accompanied by a concert at the Aliu Mahama Sports Stadium, but failed on two consecutive trials when money was already spent and even Patoranking flew down to Tamale.
According to Fancy Gadam, a lot of huge sums of billions were invested in that song, but it yielded nothing.
Again, he added that the intentions of his team were to use the concert to push the song, but all their efforts couldn’t materialize.
