Adonko Bitters, owners of Tamale based radio station, Angel 96.9Fm has donated thousands of hand sanitizers, face masks and tissues to Tamale Teaching Hospital to help fight the deadly pandemic, Covid-19.

After the infusion of the pandemic into the country, many sympathizers have shown their support to the government and have donated to the TTH but latest of it all is Adonko Bitters.
The donation saw representative from the national headquarters of the company travelled down to Tamale for the donation to be done today 20th July, 2020.

Speaking to the media after the presentation of these items, Mr Asamoah Gyamfi, Director of social project of Adonko Bitters said the country is not in a normal times and so it’s necessary to show humanity Support to the Government and the people.
Mr Asamoah Gyamfi urge every citizen of the nation to obey the safety precautions given by the World Health Organization, adding that, it’s through only this obedience we can get a cure for the virus. Meanwhile they have pledged to tour around all cities of the northern part of Ghana to continue with this donations to save lives and the spread of the pandemic.

Madam Daniel Eku Evelyn, who received the presents as the Director of the nurses service on behalf of management of the TTH thank Adonko Bitters for their kindness and support, adding that it’s through these presents that shows they (Adonko Bitters) knows about their existence and they can’t thank them enough for what they have done.
