CEO of Plus Consult and Programs Manager of Radio Amana, DrCue Abdul Rahim has applauded rapper, Sheriff Abdul Majeed for his realness in been able to disclosed that colleague rapper, Gaffachi sometimes writes some of his lyrics for him.
DrCue forwarded a long text to HYPE MEDIA GH that reads below,
“Am really proud of Sharif Abdul-Majeed otherwise known as Maccasio for not shying away from the fact unlike other ungrateful musicians who will not apluad nor recommend the efforts artists who pen lyrics or give out their stuffs to that has made them popular.
I challenge others to do same for its not a crime or a disrespect to their fans,time has come to project the maturity of Northern showbiz by not only our Musicians. The like of Ahmed Adams, Mezz, Efya’s, Kaaki,Ezzy, Kojo Antwi,Kill Bitz nationally, Celine Dion, Rihanna, R.kelly, Mariah Carey have confess and been recommended why can’t we do same to our own writers, vocalist,sound engineer and even upcoming artists who’s works are polish for the publiic, as this is the time.
With these recommendations the mentioned characters invole can make money out of that regional, national and international for the good words and works should not be in a vacuum”.
He put these together after Maccasio said it in a live TV interview and on HYPE MEDIA GH that Gaffachi has helped him hugely that he can’t pay him back, adding that he sometimes dashed him 4 or 5 lines in most of his songs when he runs out of ideas.
