Multiple award winning star, Fancy Gadam has vowed that he do not care about been awarded as an artist or not, since his main focus for doing music is to serve his fans the best of himself and his craft.
The star has won so many local and national awards, including the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards for most popular song of the year with his song, Total Cheat, which featured Sarkodie.
After those success in the 2018 VGMA, the star has been missing on the national schemes until this year when he was nominated at the VGMA for the Hiplife song of the year with his smashed hit, Kom, but unfortunately, he lost to Okyeme Kwame.
In a recent interview with GNA Entertainment in Accra, Fancy Gadam debunked the fact that he was hurt for loosing it out to Okyeme Kwame, but rather stated that, winning award is not his ultimate goal for doing music, but making sure he does serve his fans good.
“The ultimate thing in this music business is having people to support your music. For me, I feel getting an award is a plus, but getting the masses to believe in your music is the most important thing. “
“I am not worried about not receiving awards in recent times because I just consider it a plus,” he told GNA Entertainment.”
Fancy Gadam is yet to release a song in 2022 after dropping his One Don Ep in the final stages of 2021, which was loaded with 8 songs.
