Rumors have been circulating that Shatta Bandle, the self-acclaimed richest man in Africa, has been begging for money from many of the wealthy individuals he associates with, particularly the Vice President of the Republic. He has been seen with the Vice President several times at campaign events and other occasions.
Because of this, many people believe Shatta Bandle is a member of the NPP. Addressing the rumors of being a beggar, Shatta Bandle stated that he is not poor and would never lower himself to that extent. He emphasized that begging influential people only leads to disrespect, which is the last thing he would ever do.
Speaking about his relationship with Vice President Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, Shatta Bandle said they have a very cordial relationship and occasionally call each other. However, he has never spent a dime from the Vice President. According to Shatta Bandle, he does not want money and begging to ruin their relationship. He has always found ways to avoid taking money from the NPP Presidential candidate for 2024 whenever they meet.
Shatta Bandle also mentioned that he does not come from a poor background. His older brother is a former Member of Parliament for the Karaga constituency, and he himself is a wealthy man if people care to know. Watch the video below,
