Ras Kuuku has detested Gospel singer, Joe Mettle’s inclusion in the major category of this year’s edition of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards.
Known in private life as Kojo Kurankye, Ras Kuuku, in a post on social media, enquired if the gospel singer owed shares in the scheme, hence his nomination in the Artist of the year category over Kofi Kinaata, Femeye etc.
“Ghana Music Industry please one question p3 wey I wan ask… Joe Mettle nu the award scheme belongs him anaa?”Aaaahba,” he stated.
Meanwhile, organizers of the Vodafone Ghana Music Awards have released the nominees for this year’s edition, with Afro-Dancehall artists Stonebwoy and Fancy Gadam making a return to the scheme. New boy, Black Sherif may have the chance of breaking rapper Sarkodie’s record of winning Discovery of the Year and Artist of the Year simultaneously, as pundits’ projections have it.
