The Northern music industry has been hit with a devastating loss following the passing of Lazzybwoy, one of its brightest talents. Lazzybwoy succumbed to kidney failure on Friday at 5:37 PM at the Tamale Teaching Hospital, after battling the illness for three months.
In a show of respect and solidarity, Maccasio, the region’s rap sensation, has postponed the release of his much-anticipated single, “MANI,” originally scheduled for yesterday. Disclossing the decision via a chart with Is Hassan Dablee of HYPE MEDIA GH, Maccasio expressed his deep sorrow over the loss, describing Lazzybwoy as a significant figure in the industry whose contributions will never be forgotten. He added that, Lazzybwoy was a respectable rising star, who he adore so much, recalling how he paid him a visit when he first stepped foot into Tamale.
