The Upper East representative of this year’s Ghana’s most beautiful, Princess Diana Wedaga Ayongo, known by her shortcut name Wedaga, has set a record as the first Ghana Most Beautuful contestant this year to win both the awards for Star Performer and Most Eloquent on the same night.
On a night contestants were tasked to sell their respective regions, Wedaga came out on top of all the contestants, promoting the culture and people of the Upper East Region with her stunning, educative, and effortless delivery on stage. 
This is the second time in the competition that Wedaga has won both awards. She won the previous one on different occasions. She goes into the grand finale with stiff competition from representatives from the other five regions. 
With hopes of bringing the crown back to the Upper East region after 7 years, she then pleads with all, especially her northern Ghana, to vote for her by dialing *713*13 #.
