The Municipal Chief Executive for Sagnarigu, Abdulai Imoro Gong, has pledged to construct a borehole for the Tamale School of Hygiene by September, along with the installation of 10 streetlights expected to be completed by tomorrow.

Prior to these commitments, he extended financial support to the school, donating ₵1,000 personally and an additional ₵2,000 on behalf of the Sagnarigu Member of Parliament, Atta Issah.
Hon. Gong made these announcements while speaking as the Guest of Honour at the school’s SRC Week celebration held earlier today. He encouraged students to remain dedicated to their studies and to uphold a clean and healthy environment, in line with the theme for this year’s celebration.

In his address, Hon. Abdulai Imoro Gong emphasized the importance of discipline, hard work, and environmental responsibility among students. He urged them to take their academic journey seriously while also contributing positively to the cleanliness and wellbeing of their surroundings, noting that success is built on both knowledge and good habits.
