Ghanaian afrobeat singer, Fancy Gadam has vowed that he can fill up the Accra Sports Stadium if he decides to charge same amount as Shatta Wale did for his ‘Freedom Rave’ concert with AMG Medikal.
Filling of the Accra Sports Stadium has apparently become a benchmark for musicians in Africa after WizKid failed to do so at his program on December 10th.
Shatta Wale and AMG Medikal took the nation by surprised when they got almost the 40,000 capacity stadium filled to the maximum on Christmas day, 25th December, 2022 at a rate of GH¢20, GH¢50 and GH¢100 regular, vip and vvip respectively.
For an artiste very well recognized nationwide for pulling one of the strongest and the largest fan base in Africa to his events, Fancy Gadam stated in an interview with Serwaa on GHOne TV that, he can as well fill the Accra Sports Stadium to its maximum if he decides to rate his program for the same GH¢20, GH¢50 or GH¢100 Shatta Wale and Medikal did.
According to him, he has filled the Accra Bukum Boxing Arena on three occasions, the last been last year on Christmas day with a gate fee of GH¢50 and GH¢200 regularly and vip respectively.
So to Fancy Gadam, filling the Accra Sports Stadium with a lesser rate of GH20, GH¢50 or GH¢100 will be an easy task for him and his fans.
The multiple award & hits crooner highlighted that, the love he gets from his fans are genuine, and that it’s something which is a strict blessing from God, so therefore his fans will go the extra mile to attend his program whenever he called upon them.
When asked if he isn’t involved into any black magic for the wonders of sacrifice his fans has been sacrificing for him just to succeed, Fancy Gadam stated that his love is genuine and no black magic is attached as speculated by rumours. Watch a short part of his interview below.
