Mrs. Adiza Ibrahim Sadiq, popularly known as Kuburah Diamonds, stands among the esteemed figures of the North set to be recognized for their significant contributions to the socio-economic advancement of Northern Ghana and beyond.

As the Founder and Executive Director of the Zango Women Livelihood and Empowerment Programme, Kuburah Diamonds will be bestowed with the Most Outstanding Role Model for Zango Women Award at the upcoming 2024 Northern Excellence Awards.
Her recognition comes as a result of her unwavering commitment and relentless endeavors to uplift and empower young girls and women within Zango communities through transformative initiatives.
The 6th Northern Excellence Awards ceremony is scheduled to take place at Aisha Homes in Tamale on Saturday, March 9th, 2024.

In an interview with Mynorthtoday.com, Mr. Alhassan Abdul Latif, Executive Director of the Celebrities Charity Development Foundation, praised Mrs. Adiza Ibrahim for her consistent dedication through her foundation, which has not only advocated for the rights and aspirations of young girls and women in Zango communities but has also provided crucial resources, mentorship, and support to help them overcome challenges and realize their full potential.
