Upper East-based Ghanaian music group, RockCity, has appealed to the authorities of the state and stakeholders to come to the aid of the Upper East Region with an entertainment theatre where entertainers can host their programs. According to them, the Upper East Region is an entertainment-loving region that has most of its youth loving entertainment, which usually keeps them away from violence.They added that the region faces numerous challenges that impede the growth of entertainment, including a lack of avenues to promote their works, but a theater comes first because fans of big stars such as Sarkodie, Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, and others have never seen their live performances because they have never set foot in the region, and this is due to a lack of a venue to do so.
