A few days ago, star, Fancy Gadam got his Twitter account verified by Twitter. Is Hassan Dablee of HYPE MEDIA GH announced the good news with an article on hypemediagh.com with a caption that states Fancy Gadam was the first northern artist to archive that. Fans, including industry players, debunked his article with names such as Mac Nuru, Samini, and R2Beez as artists who got that nod before him, Fancy, and they are all Northerners.
In reaction to the debate and trolls on social media, Nash Iddi threw a subtle jab at Fancy Gadam, saying he was yet to get his breakthrough when Mac Nuru was verified. “When Mac Nuru got verified on Twitter some time back, Fancy Gadam was yet to meet Sarkodie for the first time.
